This is truly one of the most authentic tour experiences you can have. Francesco has a depth of knowledge that is remarkable and shares his love of olive oil and wine with anyone willing to listen. He is passionate about his craft and that is so easily seen in his products. His company produces outstanding olive oil, balsamic, wines, and lemoncello. I would recommend this company and tour to anyone considering.

We went to the olive grove tour and had an absolutely fantastic time! After the tour we went to Francesco's grandparents where did some tasting. This part was amazing! He and his grandparents were so nice! The olive oil, the balsamico and every product really were delicious, We had some shipped back to our home and will definitely be ordering more!

Hidden in an old historic area near Balestrate lies a small boutique olive grove that has been hand cared for for many generations. Grandpa still works the family groves aided by the new generation. Francisco, the grand son, traveled the world learning agraculture and handmaking olive oil, balsemic vinager, and wine. His grand return to the family business and to the the family that welcomed him home to invigerate the business with new world technique. What we have is a hidden gem that combined old and new with a passion that could only generate products that are uncompromising. Grandpa would not have it any other way. We think it is perhaps the best we have ever had especially the olive oil and vinegars. We expect this hidden gem to expand rapidly and hope for the best to remain as good as it is now.
