Admire the beauty of the Sicilian countryside with a timeless sensory journey. Francesco, an oenologist and olive oil producer, will show you how extra virgin olive oil is produced, with an immersive guided walk through the olive groves of Balestrate.
After the walk in the olive grove, you can participate in the tasting of our extra virgin olive oil, our three wines and balsamic vinegars, accompanied by a selection of typical tastings of the Sicilian tradition.
The tour lasts 2 hours in total. We are located in Balestrate, in the center of the Gulf of Castellammare.
The tour is available in several languages: English, French, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese and Italian.

Who we are
Francesco is a boy who speaks five languages. He has traveled the world: from Italy to France, from China to California. He has lived in different cultures and cities but the roots of his heart remained hanging in the vineyards and branches of the family olive groves. He knows that in none of the places where he lived, there is oil and wine as good and pure as that of his land.

We booked the olive grove tour with tasting and it was amazing! Francesco and his family welcomed us into their grandparents house and we tasted al the great products of Essensily. Franceso is welspoken English. It was so nice to hear about his familycompany and learn more about the production of their olive oil. Would highly recommend!
We had a wonderful experience on the olive grove tour in Sicily. The tasting of olive oils, Sicilian wines, and balsamic vinegar was delicious. After the tour, we ordered some olive oil and vinegar, which were quickly shipped to Canada without any issues. Communication with Francesco was excellent — friendly, clear, and very helpful. Une visite inoubliable ! Nous avons été enchantés par cette expérience. Tout était parfait, de la découverte des magnifiques oliviers à la dégustation des spécialités siciliennes.
