Collection: Sicilian Balsamic

The deep love for our land and the inexhaustible desire to innovate, to capture and celebrate the most authentic essence of Sicily, have inspired us in the creation of our precious Sicilian balsamics.

Each vinegar is obtained through the natural fermentation of cooked must, followed by an acetification process and a slow maturation in barrels of various sizes and woods. During this refined process, periodic topping up is carried out between the barrels to compensate for natural evaporation, allowing the product to absorb the unique characteristics of each wood and acquire a rich and complex bouquet.
