Essensily Bianco is born from the authentic expression of Catarratto, one of Sicily's most representative grape varieties, capable of elegantly and freshly telling the whole soul of the territory.
On the nose, it opens with delicate notes of fresh citrus and tropical fruit, accompanied by a light and refined floral hint that enhances its aromatic finesse.
On the palate, it is fresh and enveloping, with a pleasant minerality that gives balance and depth. The sip evolves harmoniously, leading to a persistent finish, characterized by a slight bitter note typical of the grape variety, which defines its character and identity.
An elegant and versatile wine, perfect to accompany fish dishes, shellfish, and light preparations, also ideal as a refined aperitif.
Who we are
Francesco is a boy who speaks five languages. He has traveled the world: from Italy to France, from China to California. He has lived in different cultures and cities, but the roots of his heart have remained tied to the family vineyards and olive groves. He knows that in none of the places he has lived is there oil and wine as good and pure as that of his homeland.
